Plastic Products of the South operates extrusion blow mold systems capable of producing parts weighing as little as .5 lb up to 50 lb. For customers with very exacting tolerance requirements, we can use custom fixtures to hold critical dimensions as the part cools and shrinks after molding.
We also have ABB robotic systems capable of precisely trimming, drilling and routing, resulting in finished parts that are tightly toleranced and nearly identical.
