How does PPS assure a quality product? Utilizing our Quality Management System and a dedicated quality lab, we assure the product meets all of our customers’ requirements. The product is manufactured to their specifications and approved by them prior to full production.
Can PPS arrange transportation for our product? Our warehouse/logistics manager has 20+ years of experience in logistics and can arrange any type of shipment for LTL or full truckload including anything from intermodal domestically to overseas containers.
What kind of production schedule is available for my product? With seven Blow Mold Machines on the premises, we have earned a reputation of being able to accommodate our customers’ requirements for delivery. The sooner we are aware of your requirements, the better opportunity to schedule the specific machine.
How is production schedules communicated? We provide detailed schedules to our customers as frequently as they require -from daily e-mails or calls to weekly updates dependent upon the customer’s request. We also utilize customer’s websites for communicating and posting schedules between both parties.
What are PPS’s production hours? We operate 5 days a week with 24 hour production each day. In order to meet a customer’s request for very quick turnaround, we are able to run 7 days a week.
Can I take a tour of the facility? Absolutely. All PPS requires is 48 hour notice so we can be sure to have the appropriate personnel available.
